 Before entering the car business, I worked for years training employees to communicate better and make personal connections with customers, to put the customers needs first, where they should be.

 

When I went into the car business, I quickly realized that the situation is reversed...that the needs of the sales staff,  the management, and the dealer are far more important than those of the buyer.

 

Because their inventory is depreciating every single day, YOU have to buy something today. SOMETHING. ANYTHINGNOW!.

I knew the dealership process could never change, but I became convinced that there had to be a better way. I worked as a sales and finance manager in order to learn all there was to know about how car deals worked.

I qualified for my dealers license and opened my own business as a buyer's representative. I wrote extensively on behalf of car buyers and consumers, and began to work on an antidote to the horrible experiences of most buyers.
